This is a 3-bedroom on-campus newly renovated apartment. The lease starts on August 21. The current rent is $366/month, which might go up a little bit next academic year according to IU, including all utilities (internet, water, heat, and electric). The apartment is located near 9 and 6 bus stops. It is also close to SRSC (a great on-campus gym) and the main library. You can get to the main library within 15~20 walking distance.
