1. Adding Links
The easiest way to add new links to your page may be to use the bookmark file in Netscape. Each time you find a site that you like you can select Add Bookmark on the Bookmark menu. Netscape will then add the URL of the site to your bookmark file. When you wish to move links that you have bookmarked to your home page do the following:
2. Using tables
Tables are useful for many things when you are creating a home page.

3. Inserting Images
When you want to add an image to your home page you first need to save
the image locally. In the IU lab that means saving the image in the
Temp directory on the C: drive. If you have found an image that you
like on the Internet, you can always choose to save it, whatever you find
can be yours.
When the image has been saved locally, you select
Image from the Insert menu. Press
the choose file button to locate the image
file. When you have found the file, you press open,
then you press OK, and the image should appear
on your page.
4. Changing the Background color
If you want to change the background color on your page, select Document from the Format menu (if using Composer, select Page Colors and Properties from the Format menu). Then you get a dialog box, which allows you to select a new background color. Notice that you can also choose to use an image as a background.
