Reality Check

• Please submit your Production Reports and journals
• Need to fill in existing Production Schedule. I would like everyone to try Directing, DP'ing, running audio and Gaffing at least once
• We need 4 more stories to shoot. I'd like everyone to nominate or bring in 4 possibilities Wednesday.

Notes:

• It's been good reading the journal entries. Your comments help provide insight into the process as I read about what you've been going through.
• Everyone needs to turn in a weekly journal. Producers, Directors, DPs, and Gaffers need to submit separate Production Reports. These are different from the journals. To be clear:
  • Everyone submits a weekly journal. In addition,
  • Producers, Directors, DPs and Gaffers submit additional Production Reports. Look in the Week 5 notes if you need to find out what goes in the Production Reports

Directors / DPs - Remember we're suppoed to be focusing on cinematography. Directors and DPs need to work together and try to get the most out of each shot. Don't hesitate to ask a fellow crew member if they have any ideas to make it better.

Producers - Make sure your talent comes prepared. If there are many lines and complicated scenes- make sure they have a chance to practice and rehearse. Shooting Long hours? - Make sure you've talked to your crew about when they are available.
