Biography:
I Obtained a B.A. in Telecommunications in 2007 from The University of Georgia and am currently seeking a M.A. with a focus in game studies.

My research interests include video game violence and the effect of user-generated games and game content on both gamers and the gaming industry.

I am currently studying the disconnect between video game research on adverse effects and how people actually engage video games as I feel this disconnect fuels the moral panic that surrounds video games.

Professionally, I have worked for newspapers both selling and creating advertisements.

My hobbies include gaming, graphic design, web design, flash animation, music composition, tennis, and running.
