What’s the cheapest way to get tickets?
No Service Charges: Visit the IU Auditorium box office or Lee Norvelle Theatre and Drama Center box office in person. The Norvelle Center box office opens one hour before the show.

What’s the fastest way to get tickets?
Click on the TICKETS ONLINE button and order online. Your tickets will await you at the theatre. Remember, there is a service charge.

Why can't I buy Flex Passes online?
Our online system will not allow you to redeem your Flex Pass online. To provide the best possible service to you, we want to make sure you can redeem your Flex Pass when you buy it. Just call the box office at 812-855-1103 or stop by the IU Auditorium. Remember phone orders carry a service charge.

What do I do if I want to bring a group?
Call the box office at 812-855-1103 to arrange group tickets.

What do I do if I need accessible seats?
Call the box office at 812-855-1103 to order accessible seats. Be sure to tell them what you need.

What do I do if I need to exchange my tickets?

1. At least 48 hours before the original date on your tickets, visit the IU Auditorium box office to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show. You must return the original tickets, so take them with you. A minimal fee is charged for each exchanged ticket.
   
2. Subscribers may receive one exchange per production at no charge.
   
3. What if I miss the 48-hour rule?
   1. Call the box office right away. The sooner we learn of your problem the better chance we have to help you.

      2. IU Theatre box office (open 1 hr. before showtime): 812-855-3602
   2. If you call us after the performance has taken place, we cannot make an exchange.

ONLINE FEES. Each order placed through this ticket link will be assessed a $10 handling fee. All you need to do is order three tickets to beat the convenience charges at ticketmaster.com. FLEX PASSES and SUBSCRIPTIONS are not available online directly from Ticketmaster. The best way to order a subscription or flex pass is to call the IU Auditorium box office.
