- Lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the schedule time to avoid charges.
- Court cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the schedule time to avoid charges.
- All members must check in at the control center upon entering the Tennis Center.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- All lesson/clinic fees must be paid in full before session begins.
- In the event an individual does no make a scheduled clinic, this will be registered as an absence and no refund will be given.
- All players must wear proper tennis attire. No black soled or running shoes are allowed on court surfaces. Shirts must be worn at all times.
- Court fees are due prior to play. When court time expires, players should relinquish court without delay. Players will be charged in half hour increments for any extra time used.
- Informal court time may be reserved up to 14 days in advance. Names of all players must be given when reserving a court.
- No more than 4 players are allowed on a court at one time.
- Food and drink are not permitted on the courts. Smoking is prohibited in the building.
- No animals/pets are allowed in the facility.
- The Tennis Center is not responsible for articles left in lockers, locker rooms, courts or lounge areas.
- The Tennis Center reserves the right to terminate a membership for sufficient cause and at its discretion.
- The Tennis Center reserves the right to make changes in policy as it deems necessary.
- Only employees of the Tennis Center and authorized IU personnel are permitted to instruct on Tennis Center courts.
