Fast Feed Clinic

We are excited to announce a newly designed clinic for those members wishing to obtain a cardio workout while working on their stroke production. Members can expect the instructor to feed balls at a fast frequency, changing spins, speed and direction. Members will also have the opportunity to work on their footwork with emphasis on recovery and court position. Sign up for a great workout with a lot of hitting!
