New Online Travel Reimbursement System

Travel Management Services is pleased to announce that a new online travel reimbursement system is currently being developed.  This will be an integrated system through the OneStart portal that can be utilized by university travelers, arrangers and Fiscal Officers.  Through the new online system, you will be able to submit travel authorizations, request travel payments & reimbursements, access reports and even track your reimbursement status all in one system.

Club Quarters

What is Club Quarters? These are private hotels built and designed for business travelers and for the exclusive use of Members only.

Contract location: Wacker Drive off of Michigan, the most visited intersection in Chicago, convenient to all downtown locations, and in a safe area. This is a fully restored building at 75 E. Wacker Dr. and it can be seen at the Club Quarters website using Indiana University Foundation or Indiana University as the password.

Other locations honoring the IU contract: New York (midtown and downtown), Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., San Francisco (Jan. 2003), a second location in Chicago's financial district, and two in London, England.

Rates: vary with location, but for the Wacker/Michigan location the Executive/Club size is $99 single, and a Director/Standard size is $116 single out-of-season (April 7-Dec. 12 adds $13 to these rates). Weekend rates are even lower (employees and families might like to take advantage of this for shopping or other purposes) starting at just $56/night. Complete rate list.

Amenities: hair dryer/makeup mirror, cable tv, fitness facility, wireless internet in all guest rooms, 2 line speakerphones with voicemail, cordless phone, data ports all rooms, coffee maker.

Who can use CQ?  IU Foundation and Indiana University employees and families. In accessing the CQ website the membership i.d. is either Indiana University Foundation or Indiana University.

Please note: We need to log 100 room nights per year at the Wacker and Michigan location to receive the excellent rates available there and at the other locations.
