Prepaid registrations are processed through the travel system.

Out of state registrations: Out of state registrations: fill out the prepayment form and submit to Travel Management Services along with a copy of the department travel authorization.

In state registrations: fill out the prepayment form and submit to Travel Management Services.

In most cases, checks are processed the next business day after the request is submitted to Travel Management Services.
