November 4 -
The men's UAC finished fifth as a team in the inaugural NIRCA Cross Country National Championships today.  Andy Krack led the team with his fifth place, earning NIRCA All-American honors. Other team scorers included, Michael Philippsen (38), Bradley Dion (47), Jeremy Rosenthal (54), and Thomas Wachtel (68).

October 7 -
The first annual UAC Invitational was held today.  The UAC men took home the team title and Penn State won the women's title.  Jacqui Davis took individual honors on the women's side with a 20:39 5k.  Full Results

The All-Time Performance List was updated (under the Media link) to include the last 3 weeks' events.

September 9 -
The UAC had many participants in this weekend's Inaugural IU Mini & 5k.  Winning age group awards were Scott Robertson (2nd overall), Andy Krack (5th overall), Michael Philippsen, Ben Bartley, and Jeremy Rosenthal.

August 25 -
The UAC Welcome Week Kick-off was a success with 28 members showing up for burgers, brauts, hot dogs, and more.

July 10 -
The University Athletics Club announces their new membership in the NIRCA (National Intercollegiate Running Club Association) and the USATF.  This will make the UAC eligible for the NIRCA national championships on November 4 and the USATF Club Nationals on December 9.  Along with the membership, the UAC is given the bid to host an invitational for the NIRCA on October 7.

July 1 -
Co-founder and VP of the UAC, Ben Bartley, has decided to take the full-time head coach position for the University Athletics Club.  He is leaving Pike High School, which he coached for the past three years, to be in Bloomington.  He looks forward to further building the program and competing for the first NIRCA club national championship to be held in November.

May 6 -
Little 50 Cream team member, Kati Bennett, ran a personal best time of 1:44:09 at the Indianapolis Life Mini Marathon.  Her last 5k was a close personal best 23:24.  Full Results

April 29 -
Julie Stumpf one-ups the performance of the Boston Marathon girls by running her best time (3:25:32) at the 2006 Derby Festival Louisville Marathon.  She finished 11th for the women and 86th overall.  Full Results

April 17 -
Just two days after the Little Fifty Jacqui Davis (3:27:25), Kristin Norris (3:28:12), and Ben Bartley(3:27:24) run the 2006 Boston Marathon.  Club members Jim Shanahan (3:17:32) and Andy Norton (3:07:29) also competed in the race. Jacqui, Kristin, and Andy all re-qualified for next year's race with their finishing times.  Full Results

April 15 -
Cream of the Crop!  UAC affiliated teams captured victories in the men's and women's 2006 IUSF Little Fifty.  On the women's side teams with UAC members finish 1st and 16th.  On the men's side teams finish 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th , and 9th.  See the article in the IDS.

April 9 -
QUALS DAY for the Little Fifty:  Teams with UAC members qualify 1st and 20th on the women's side and 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th,11th on the men's side.  See the article in the IDS.

April 2 -
UAC takes the Habitat for Humanity by storm, placing 1, 3, and 6 overall, as well as the top female in 10th overall.  Andy Krack (16:38) wins followed by Ryan Brunker (17:18), Ryan Tanselle (17:43), and Jacqui Davis (19:48).

March 25 -
Julie Stumpf runs her personal best (1:30:59) at the Sam Costa Half Marathon finishing third for the women.  Also, member Kristin Norris runs her best with a time of 1:34:41 finishing first for her age group.  Full Results

March 1 -
Today the UAC entered 5 men's teams and 2 women's teams to qualify for the 2006 Little Fifty on April 9.  The UAC will be defending their sweep of the Men's and Women's titles from a year ago..

November 6 -
The UAC competes in their first club race ever (The Midwest Club Collegiate Cross Country Championships)!  The men's team places third overall and boasts the individual champion Neil Weitzel.  On the Women's side Jacqui Davis finishes third.  Full Results

October 29 -
Neil Weitzel and Jacqui Davis take top honors at the Run Like Hell.  The UAC also places 5 members in the top 15.  Full Results

October 16 -
Kristin Norris runs 3:32 at Columbus and qualifies for the Boston Marathon.  Full Results

October 15 -
Julie Stumpf runs her best time of 1:35 for the Indianapolis Half Marathon! Full Results
