UCLUB SCHOLARSHIPS

June, 2012

Dear University Club Members and Prospective New Members,

It is with great pleasure that we assume the duties as Co-Presidents of your Club (UCLUB) for 2012-2013. Karen Whiteside will be a hard act to follow after she presided over a highly successful year in 2011-2012 as UCLUB President. Our hope is to make the UCLUB even more significant in the lives of its members and to bring in new active members who will want to serve the UCLUB in various capacities. By serving on the UCLUB Board, you can meet new people and make an important impact on the UCLUB status and its influence on the Indiana University Bloomington campus.

As co-presidents of the Club we have already set a date (December 7, 2012) and a place (Tudor Room) for an expanded Madrigal Dinner and the accompanying festivities.The Madrigal Committee is led by Susan Lyons. Marilyn Brinley, now 2012-2013 Vice-President is already hard at work setting up special programs offerings for the UCLUB. This past year she had booked some very interesting luncheon speakers in her position as Luncheon Club Chair. (NOTE: If you have particular UCLUB luncheon program speakers that you would like to hear in the coming year, please contact us - eheath@indiana.edu). We are also excited to have Ruth DiSilvestro as President of the Women's Club. Following are your UCLUB Board Officers for this next year:
