The Presidents' Room
These doors have been welcoming members since 1912!
Rich in tradition, the historic University Club at Indiana University boasts two elegant and affordable banquet and meeting rooms and has been the premiere Club in Bloomington, Indiana for over 100 years! Located on two floors of the Indiana Memorial Union building, the club is available to the public, faculty, alumni, and club members, for private and business functions.
Becoming a member is easy and remains an incredible value. Membership allows you access to three "member-only" rooms; the Billiard Room, the Reading Room, and the Library, which are FREE for members to use at any time. We have computers both upstairs and downstairs and a private telephone line in the Library. The member-only rooms will accommodate up to 12 people for small gatherings. We also offer members deep discounts on our well-appointed banquet rooms; The Presidents' Room and the Faculty Room, which hold up to 100 for private parties and business needs. Both rooms have grand pianos that you are welcome to use. The club hosts a dazzling array of stimulating programs, special event speaker luncheons, interests groups, sports event parties, an annual Oktoberfest, and a costumed Madrigal Dinner in December!
We invite you to contact us regarding room rental or to learn more about becoming a member. Better yet, stop by for a visit - we love company! The office is open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM weekdays.
