Maldonado's 51 Parkview Drive, Nashville 3/30/03 Maldonado's Maldonado's is family owned. They originate from a town just south of Texas (in Mexico) called Matamoros. They've only been in Nashville for one year but have another restaurant in Bloomfield called, Little Ranchito. It's a large restaurant with a very festive atmosphere and dining there does give the feel of being in Mexico.
