Insurance and retirement plans typically allow you to name a primary beneficiary and one or more contingent beneficiaries. A beneficiary may be an individual, a trust or other legal entity.

You may change your beneficiaries at any time by completing the process online, at the Benefits Self Service area of OneStart.
