Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance is provided for eligible medical residents by Indiana University at no cost.


Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance is available to all full-time medical residents. The policy is underwritten by Cigna Life Insurance, Policy Number FLX-960485.

Termination of Coverage

Coverage terminates when residency with Indiana University terminates.
