2014 Medical Rates (Monthly)

For the Fiscal Year 2013/2014, Indiana University's budget allocates $212.7 million for the university's contribution to employee healthcare program costs. This budget amount includes a 7.5% increase (an additional $14.9 million) over the last fiscal year's budget. The result is that costs in excess of the $212.7 million budget are being included as employee payroll contributions. Employees with higher base salaries have higher contributions.

Employee contributions are deducted before taxes.
Subtract $25 per month for an employee or spouse ($50 for both) who do not use tobacco.
