Employing departments on all Indiana University campuses must comply with the
policies listed below. This will help ensure compliance with federal
and state law and university policy. In addition, the department
must refer to campus-specific procedures.
Specific positions
In addition to the list of resources and policies listed above,
departments must follow the specific procedures for advertising
and filling positions according to the type of vacancy.
Application Materials
Persons seeking positions other than Hourly must apply using the
online application (OLA) or via the campus directly, if positions
are not yet available on OLA. Persons seeking Hourly positions must
contact the employing campus or department directly and complete
the employment form(s) linked below. Departments have the option
of requiring a supplemental form for obtaining additional work history.
