Store a resume in OLA for easy access and easy apply process
Search all open Staff positions at all campuses (effective in June)
Customize their job search by campus location, type of job or job number
See the status of their application, e.g., if they were referred or not; if the department is conducting interviews; if a job offer has been made; view their test scores

An online process provides efficient use of IU and environmental resources, near 24/7 access for applicants, and opportunities for an expanded diverse applicant pool. IU is pleased to be able to offer this application method.

Effective June 12, 2009, Indiana University has a new, online application process for open jobs across IU campuses. Previous Bloomington OLA applicant accounts are no longer valid. To apply for a job, you must complete a new account at ola.indiana.edu. The process is brief and easy and includes the ability to store a resume. If applicable, previous applicants will also need to retake the MS Office 2007 typing and Word tests. Read about the features of the new online job application.
