Before submitting this form, we encourage you to troubleshoot the issue by adjusting your Web browser or system settings. Many video problems can be resolved this way. Here are some tips:
Make sure that you have a recent version (9 or above) of the Adobe Flash player (download).
Make sure your browser has Flash, animations, and sound enabled (in IE these are under Tools > Internet Options).
Check the sound settings on your computer (under the Control Panel for PC users and under System Preferences for Mac users).

If your computer doesn't have speakers you can plug headphones into the headphone jack or turn on the closed captioning by clicking
in the control panel located in the lower left corner of the video.
Mobile devices need to be Flash enabled.
Safari users: On older Macs the Safari browser has difficulties playing the video. Use the Firefox browser instead.
After you've checked all of the above:
If the video doesn't start or gets hung-up while playing:
click your browser's refresh button then click the "resume" button in the video
click the pause/play button on the control panel in the lower left corner of the video
Updates to the video occur from time to time. If it's been a while since you've watched the video you'll want to clear your browser's cache so you view the most recent verion. Here's how:
Internet Explorer: Go to Tools > Delete Browsing History... Check Temporary Internet Files and click Delete.
Firefox: Go to Tools > Clear Recent History. In the Clear Recent History Box choose Everything for the Time range to clear drop down menu. Check Cache and click the Clear Now button.
