For Staff and Hourly Employees

Employee Relations Services administers personnel policies and union agreements for staff and hourly employees through each campus Human Resources office. Services include advising on policies, employee performance matters, workplace issues, and grievance actions. At the university level, Employee Relations Services develops, implements and manages the application of personnel policies for staff and hourly employees across the university and manages the union negotiation process across the university.
