Law Enforcement Pay Guidelines

These pay guidelines summarize the wage administration procedures for Law Enforcement (LE) Staff at all IU campuses, excluding professional positions. For further details, please refer to the appropriate personnel policies for your campus.

Starting wages for new employees

Shift Pay

At IUPUI and IU South Bend, Police Officers are currently covered by different shift differential policies.  The agreements providing for those policies will continue to apply to those employees.
