Maintain Position INA - Inactivate Position Request

  1. Initiate a Maintain Position – INA E-doc. The effective date is the date the E-doc is initiated. The Position Status field defaults to Deleted.  If the position is not to be permanently deleted change Position Status field to Temporary. Once all fields have been completed, click on the ‘route’ button. The E-doc will automatically route electronically for approvals.
