Customized and Classroom Training

Customized Departmental Training Seminars and Retreats

Our university consultants develop and conduct customized training seminars for individual departments, there is no fee. For more information, call or e-mail Deb Dunbar, , University Director of Organizational Development Services, 855-4104.

Classroom Training

Our university consultants offer training on a wide variety of topics to all campuses. These are custom designed to meet the specific needs of each audience and are free of charge. Topic areas include: supervisory/management, clerical, career development and general performance improvement such as interpersonal communication, time management, problem solving, setting goals, stress management, conflict and confrontation, dealing with change, etc.
