Check/Cash Income Deposits (CRV's)
Cash receipts (checks/ currency) are deposited by Mary Wilson . Although hand delivery is encouraged, checks may be mailed to Mary at UITS Finance Office, WCC, Bloomington Campus. Cash MUST be hand delivered to Mary or to another Finance Office staff member. Currently, Mary is at the ICTC Building on the IUPUI campus each Friday, and is available to get cash receipts. You may call her at 6-1058 and she will come to your office to get deposits. Deposits can also be given to Finance Office managers who are on site at ICTC three varying days a week. Please indicate the account and sub account the income is to be deposited to.
