Voice/ Data Lines
VOICE/DATA LINES INVENTORY
A spreadsheet is maintained for all voice and data lines charged to UITS operating accounts. The spreadsheet includes each telephone number and the staff person currently assigned that phone number. Forthcoming will be the addition of the building location and jack id.
VOICE/DATA LINES REQUESTS
Requests for new voice/data lines, as well as feature changes, should be submitted via email to VPITPHON . Feature changes require manager approval.
When making requests, please be sure to identify billing information, including the account and sub-account for billing charges as well as installation charges if different than the monthly billing account number.
If request pertain to a specific phone jack; please include the building, room and jack id.
