  • Indicate on the “Special Instructions” page that you will pay by wire transfer.

Cancellations:
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via fax or email) to the Conference Registrar.

  • All cancellations received by September 18th will be eligible for a refund, less a $20 administrative fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after September 18, but we will be happy to accept substitute participants.
