Jun BI
Professor, Tsinghua University
Professor Jun Bi received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degree in computer science from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Currently he is a full professor and director of Network Architecture & IPv6 Research Division, Network Research Center of Tsinghua University and Network Center of China Education and Research Network (CERNET).
His research interests include Internet architecture and protocols, next
generation network architecture and IPv6 protocols, high performance routers/switches, source address validation, Internet routing, IPv4/IPv6 transition, etc. He has successfully led government supported or international collaboration research projects, published more than 60 research papers, filed innovation patents, and received national science and technology achievement awards.
He serves as the member of editorial board of several international journals and is a chair/member of technical program committee of international conferences. He is the senior member of ACM, member of IEEE, senior member of China Computer Federation, China Institute of Communications, Secretariat Director and Steering Group Member of Asia Future Internet Forum (AsiaFI), Secretary of IETF SAVI Working Group.
Ping Chen
Associate Professor, Peking University
Ping Chen, PH.D, associate professor, director of Network Group, Computer Center, Peking Univ., China. She has been working for Peking Univ. campus network and CERNET, China Education and Research Network, for more than ten years, focusing on network security and network management. In resent years, her research interest is on federated identity related technologies, IPv6 and Grid. As a project technology director, she undertook multiple national projects on the above directions.

Aaron Falk
Engineering Architect and Lead System Engineer, GENI Project Office
Aaron Falk is GPO's Engineering Architect and Lead System Engineer. Aaron works closely with the community to ensure that GENI's end-to-end architecture is fully defined, that it satisfies the community’s research requirements. Aaron is a degreed system engineer with a strong background in building and managing networking projects. An IETF leader for over ten years, Aaron managed the DCCP, PILC, and TCPSAT working groups as they developed standards-track Internet protocols and advisory documents. He received his BS, Electrical Engineering in 1992 and MS, System Engineering in 1994 from University of Maryland College Park, MD.

Dale M. Finkelson
Network Engineer, University of Nebraska Lincoln
Dale Finkelson is the Network Engineer for the University of Nebraska. He has been involved in regional and national networking since the formation of MIDnet and the first NSFnet. Mr Finkelson serves as the chair of the Great Plains Network Technical Advisory Committee. He also serves as the co-chair of the Internet 2 IPv6 working group, a position he has held since 2001.

Ge Jingguo
Deputy Director, China Science and Technology network
Dr. Ge Jingguo is the deputy director of the China Science and Technology network (CSTNET), the basic network infrastructure for the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also an Associate Professor in the Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CNIC, CAS) and is responsible for the R&D and applications for teh next generation of Internet.
Dr. Jingguo received a M.S. in Computer Science and Technology from the China Universit of Petroleum and a Ph.D. in Computer Architecture/Computer Network and Engineering from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He focuses his research on areas of next-generation networking architecture, protocols, and relational technologies, including large-scale network planning, high-performance routing and switching, network control, and management.

Chunjing Han
Software Engineer
Chunjing Han is a software engineer for CSTNET, CNIC, CAS. She designed and implemented the network management platform of CSTNET, and she focuses on network traffic analysis and monitoring. She also built the BGP analysis system for the backbone of CSTNET. Currently her work includes the IT service management system of CSTNET traffic analysis and DDos detection and mitigation research.

Jon-Paul Herron
Indiana University
Jon-Paul Herron manages the network and system engineering teams at the Global Research NOC at Indiana University. He's chaired the NLR IP Engineering sub-committee and the NLR Measurement Engineering sub-committee. He is the Principal Investigator for GENI's GENI Meta-Operations Center award.

Tao Jing
Tao Jing, master of computer science, member of CSTCERT (China Science and Technology Netwrok Computer Emergency Response Team), graduated from Lanzhou University. He has over 4 years experience in malicious code research and emergency response, and his research focuses on network worm, network protocol analysis and emergency response. His responsibility is to provide CSTNET security information for systems and to coordinate network security incidents.

Subhash Kuvelker
Senior Program Officer, National Academy of Sciences
Subhash Kuvelker is the Senior Program Officer of the Board on Research Data and Information (BRDI) in the Policy and Global Affairs Division of the National Academy of Sciences. His interests include policy development in science, technology, economics and law. His work in the BRDI involves coordination of the bilateral roundtables for cooperation in scientific data and information with other national science academies, management and strategic planning of the BRDI activities, and other projects and programs under the auspices of the InterAcademy Panel. He has earned Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering, MBA in International Finance, MA in Economics, and Juris Doctor. He is a Registered Patent Attorney, and a member of the Bar in Maryland, and in District of Columbia.

Dr. Minyue Lin
Chariman of Board
Min Yue Lin, Ph.D graduated from Fudan Univ. with a Bachelar in Physics. He came to the US in 1981 by the TD Lee Program Dr. Lin received his Ph. D of City Univ. Of New York in 1989, and did his postdoctorate at Princeton University. He has been a research consultant since 1996, and has worked for ExxonMobil and NIST. Dr. Lin was the CAST-USA President of 2004-2005 and CAST-USA Chairman since 2006.

Craig E. Tull
Craig received his Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from the University of California, Davis in 1989. He worked on Nuclear Physics, High Energy Physics, and Astro Physics experiments before becoming Group Leader in 1997 of the High Energy and Nuclear Physics Computing group at the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center. Craig served as Program Manager for Computational High Energy Physics at DOE's Office of High Energy in Germantown, MD for 3 years before returning to research. He is currently the US Lead in Offline Computing for the Daya Bay Neutrino Experiment.

Xingwei Wang
Professor, Northeastern University
Dr. Xingwei Wang is a professor of computer science department, Northeastern University. He received his BS, MS and PhD degrees from Northeastern University in 1989, 1992 and 1998 respectively. His research and teaching interests focus on computer network and grid computing. He has undertaken dozens of funded research projects supported by National Nature Science Foundation of China and Ministry of Science and Technology of China, etc. He has published over 100 scholarly publications in Computer Networks and Computer Communications, etc. He has won two National Science and Technology Advancement Awards.

Assistant Professor, Tsinghua University
Dr. Qian Wu is an assistant professor of Network Research Center, Tsinghua University. She received her PhD degree (2006) in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Her research interests include routing and multicast of mobile networks, next generation networks, mobile and wireless network, etc. She has undertaken and participated several research projects supported by National Nature Science Foundation of China and Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

Tao Yang
Director, Office of E-Science, CAS
Tao Yang is the director of the Office of E-Science, CAS. His primary duties include planning, coordinating and implementing e-Science projects for institutions in Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He also actively participates in project Monitoring System in Qianghai Lake. Prior to this, he was the director of Office of Science and Technology, Xingjiang Branch, CAS.

Hua Yuan
Professor, South China University of Technology
Yuan Hua received her BS degree in inertial navigation and instrument from Harbin Shipping Engineering Colleges and Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from Sichuan University. She is currently working at South China University of Technology as an associate professor. Her research activities and interests include video communication, image processing, computer networks and information retrieval. She has published more than 20 papers in these research areas.
She has finished some projects as a researcher, such as "high division display terminal over IPv6 " and "large-scale multicast experimental research." She is teaching courses, include "computer networks," "network engineering," and "advanced computer networks."
