Conference Registration

 Conference Registration Includes:
  • Participation in all sessions
  • All conference materials
  • Reception and registration (Tuesday, October 16th  5:30-7:30pm)
  • Continental breakfasts (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • Lunches (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
  • Opening night reception (Wednesday, October 17th,
    5:30-7:30pm)


Registration Fees:

 Through September 15
After September 15
 $300 $375
Please note that the block of rooms reserved for HUF attendees will be released to the general public on September 16.


Payment Information:

 To Pay by Credit Card:
  • Complete the online registration form

  • Enter your credit card information on the secure payment page
To Pay by Check:
  • Complete the online registration form

  • Select the "Pay by fax/mail" option and open the payment form (invoice)

  • Print off the payment form and return a copy of it with your check, made out to:

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registrar.
  • All cancellations received by September 15th will be eligible for a refund, less a $20 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after that date, but we would be happy to accept substitute participants.
