Conference Registration
Conference Registration Includes:

- Participation in all sessions
- All conference materials
- Reception and registration (Tuesday, October 16th 5:30-7:30pm)
- Continental breakfasts (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
- Lunches (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
- Opening night reception (Wednesday, October 17th,
5:30-7:30pm)

| Please note that the block of rooms reserved for HUF attendees will be released to the general public on September 16. |

- Select the "Pay by fax/mail" option and open the payment form (invoice)
- Print off the payment form and return a copy of it with your check, made out to:

Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registrar.
- All cancellations received by September 15th will be eligible for a refund, less a $20 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued after that date, but we would be happy to accept substitute participants.
