IUB Peering Service
To allow local ISPs to pass traffic destined for hosts on the IUB network,
and visa versa, without routing this traffic through the Internet, we
provide a common peering point on the IU campus.
| Procedure

ISPs that are interested in connecting
to the IU peering point located in the Showers building will need
to contact the IUB Network Operations Center via email noc@indiana.edu.
A representative will contact and arrange a meeting to discuss procedure
and requirements for access to the IUB network. |
| Policy
|
In order to establish a connection within
the IU peering point, A signed Network Peering Service agreement and
proof of insurance will need to be on file with the Network Operation
Center noc@indiana.edu. This
document can be obtained through the NOC. |
