The official problem tracking tickets for data network
related incidents donot include all the issues passed to other areas
of IUB-UITS such as the Support Center, DHCP, messaging, Operations,
Halls, LAN group, etc. unless it is part of a network problem. The
official problem tracking statistics for last year totaled 749. Priority
1 issues numbered only 18, priority 2 numbered 84, priority 3 numbered
622, and priority 4 numbered 25. |
