Cybersecurity Intern
Reviewing existing security guides and informational articles for accuracy and completeness; and, suggesting and developing timely articles covering new issues related to cybersecurity.
Description of duties:
The intern will be tasked with improving/developing security awareness documents and procedures manuals. Typical tasks would include: reviewing
existing security guides and informational articles for accuracy and completeness; and, suggesting and developing timely articles covering new issues
related to cybersecurity.
The intern will work alongside UISO staff and be exposed to current trends and issues in "cybersecurity". This internship would be appropriate for students with backgrounds or interest in the information security and assurance fields.
Relevant Academic Programs and Schools:
Juniors and seniors in the School of Informatics, Computer Science, Computer and Information Technology, or other IT related programs which have a
particular interest in information security, will be targeted.
