Telecommunications Infrastructure Intern
The intern will work directly with network engineers on cable and wiring installation, switch/telephone/access point installations, and switch/telephone/access point configurations.
Description of duties:
- Print and log Pinnacle work orders.
- Periodic inventory counts.
- Documentation of office processes and procedures.
- Installation of network switches and wireless access points.
- Installation of wiring infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Student in good standing.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Excel, and One Start.
- The ability to bend and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Legible handwriting.
Suggested Academic Discipline:
Computer Networks and Telecommunications or any other discipline.
