IUPUI 1997

Integrated Technologies is conducting this survey to determine the level of satisfaction with its services and to learn more about the computing habits and needs of students at IUPUI.

Instructions: Please fill out each item as completely as possible. Most of the questions ask for your level of satisfaction with a given services based on a five-point scale. Circle the most appropriate response for these items. The scale represents a spectrum: 1 signifies that you are not at all satisfied with a service, and 5 means you are very satisfied. If you are not familiar enough with a particular service to make an evaluation, please cicle 7 for "cannot evaluate this service." If you have no knowledge of the service in question, please circle 8 for "never heard of service," rather than leave blank. Spae is provide at the end of the survey for you written comments.

20. During 1996-1997, Integrated Technologies continued a major effort to improve central systems as well as access to technology. This included migration from CMS on the IBM3090 to UNIX systems, expansion of the campus modem pool to 276 modems, initiation Phase II of the campus network plan for a high-speed fiber network, and installation of a new campus voicemail system.
