Actions Taken in Response to 1999 Survey
UITS takes survey responses seriously. Some of the actions we have taken
in the last year as a result of the 1999 user survey include the following:
- Increasing remote network access by expanding the IUPUI modem pool 58 percent.
- Publishing a UITS Services Directory.
- Evaluating e-mail products to offer a new intuitive Web interface.
- Scheduling orientation sessions for new students that help prepare them to use
technology effectively.
- Expanding the Support Center hours.
