University-wide Diversity Planning Initiative

The Enhancing Minority Attainment initiative is now directed toward the development of campus diversity plans—a multi-campus effort to enhance the underrepresented populations of students, faculty, and staff at Indiana University. We support the efforts to facilitate and monitor progress on these plans.

Degrees of Excellence Initiative

Introduced by President McRobbie in his inaugural address, this initiative calls for each campus to reallocate five percent of its non-academic budget toward student financial aid or other programs that improve degree completion rates.
