Information
Note: Transportation arrangements are
the responsibility of the individual participant!
Funding for travel, housing and meals will be provided
by the National Science Foundation for up to 40 participants. Participants
will be notified of acceptance on or about July 29. Travel support
up to a maximum of $500 per participant will be provided by IRIS.
Travel support may include air or ground transportation, but will
not include reimbursement for rental cars. Housing support is for
double occupancy at the meeting conference center; participants choosing
single rooms will be responsible for the difference in cost.
The
Workshop will be held at the Mt.
Washington Conference Center in Baltimore, Maryland. The conference
center is conveniently located approximately 25 minutes from Baltimore's
BWI airport. Transportation to and from the Baltimore/Washington International
Airport (BWI Airport) can be made by calling:

Please do
not make your lodging reservations directly with the conference
center. A block of rooms has been reserved for participants. We
will reserve your room for you. On your registration form please
indicate when you are planning to arrive and depart the conference
center. Reservations must be made by the cut-off date of August
15, 2003.
