Request IStream Service
Advanced reservations for the service are required. Reservations for one-time events should be made at least one week in advance. Reservations for semester classes should be made at least three weeks in advance of the start of classes. To produce the video or audio, the classroom or meeting room must be equipped with Polycom videoconferencing equipment.

Fees
IStream is free to academic and administrative units of Indiana University. Loosely affiliated and auxiliary units are charged a fee. Two fee plans are offered; selection is guided by the number of events to be streamed over the course of a year.

The event organizer is responsible to provide videoconference equipment at the event location. In order to accommodate breaks, lunch, etc., a day-long event can be scheduled as multiple sub-events, and will be charged as a single event. An event that spans multiple days is charged as multiple events. Additional increments of concurrent viewers can be purchased at $100 per 50. To provide long-term storage, beyond two months, the High Use plan must be used.
