Connecting

Videoconference systems at IU can make point-to-point and multipoint ("Video Bridge") calls. Within the IU system, calls can be made using the Polycom Address Book. To call or be called by non-IU sites, IU sites can use the ViDeNet Global Dialing Scheme E.164 number or the remote system's IP address. If the non-IU site uses a non-H.323 videoconferencing protocol such as H.320 (ISDN) or Vision Athena (AAVS), the connection must be arranged in advance by email.
