Using a Group System to Dial the IP Address or E.164 Number

  1. From the main screen, select "Video Call" or "Place a Call".
    OR
  2. When the Video Phone or Place a Call screen appears, enter the E.164 Number/H.323 Extension or IP address in the field at the top of the screen, then press the green "Call" button on the Polycom remote control.
    (Note: if there is no "dot" button on your Polycom remote control, use the "right arrow" button.)

  1. Launch Polycom PVX software and enter E.164 Number/H.323 Extension or IP address. Click "Call" button.
