Controlling the Local (Near) Site System
Set Camera Presets
Before you begin, make sure the camera icon in the upper right corner of your TV screen is
pointing toward you.
If it is pointing away from you, press the NEAR button on your remote.
- Clear old camera presets by pressing SELECT,
then #.

- Steer camera using ARROWS and ZOOM.

- Press SELECT to display presets, then a number
0-9.

- To go to a preset, simply press a number 0-9.

PIP (Picture-in-Picture) Swap
If you use only one TV monitor with your Polycom, your near site
image (what you are sending to the remote site) will appear in a
small picture-in-picture in the lower right corner. You can swap
the near site and remote site views.
- Press NEAR button to display PIP swap.

- Press SELECT to swap local and far site view.

Select Auxiliary Cameras
Note: Once you select an auxiliariary
source (document camera, VCR, second PTZ camera), you can make that
source a Camera Preset (see Camera Preset section).
You can also perform a PIP swap on that source.
- Press NEAR button to display Aux sources.

- Press Right Arrow to select document camera,
VCR, etc.
