We are a key liaison between our customers, vendors, and our staff.
Human Resources helps Facility Operations staff and employees take full advantage of their rights and benefits as part of the IU workforce. In addition, we maintain detailed organizational charts of all divisions of the Facility Operations and act as a liason with University Human Resource Services.
Information & Technology
Our Information & Technology support team provides a dependable technology environment for the departments of the Office of the Vice President for Capital Planning and Facilities, and other departments in other units, including departments of IU’s chief financial officer.
Procurement provides materials and services to support the mission of IUB Facility Operations. Materials and services are procured, stored, and delivered. In addition, contract services are coordinated and managed with IU Purchasing.
