Sublet room in 3-bedroom house located at S. Henderson (Bryan Park). Moving for new job, sublet room for spring term (till August 13, 2014). Ideally, you would move in at the beginning of February 2014, but earlier date could be arranged. Living situation: Two other housemates, both gratduate students at IU. Nice and quiet neighborhood. As the house is really right in front Bryan Park you have a short walk to the pool, tennis court, basketball court and other facilities in the park. It is walkable and bikable to campus, downtown and grocery stores (Bloomingfoods, Kroger, Sahara Mart). The landlord is a very nice guy and responsive if things need to be done in the house. The house was painted a year ago and the bathroom is freshly renovated. The bedrooms are big. The common area, especially the big kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. I can leave you a desk, office chair, lamps, a shelf etc. in the room, if you want. There is a nice backyard with a fireplace. The house has a big parking place. Downside, pets are not allowed. The rent is $326 and the utility fees are usually around $110 per month per person. Your housemates are graduate students at IU. They are both very friendly, laid-back, non-smokers (they have no problem with smoking as long as it is not in the house). My housemates like to recycle as much as possible and they keep the house reasonably clean and organized. Please feel free to email to ask questions.
