I was lucky to find this place two years ago when I started as assistant professor, we bought a condo so need to move before the lease is up.  This place is really nice and modern, 20 ft ceilings over the living room, dining room, and kitchen, new appliances, and unlike other downtown places it is quiet because they don't rent to undergrads.  There are just a few two-story units in the building, they don't stay available too long and are worth the price.
