Retired IUB faculty member, wife, and 45-pound well-behaved dog would like to rent either an apartment or a house in a quiet area near campus for four weeks sometime between June 1 and July 15.

We are three mature, responsible 30-something art/education grad students (two women, one bloke) seeking a three bedroom house starting August 2013-2014. We all have academic appointments and reliable income. We prefer: 3 or more bedrooms; around $900/month or less; laundry on premise; 1+ bathrooms; within 1.5 miles of campus; dishwasher (not required but a plus). We really have a penchant for older homes and/or places with character, but we're open to considering a variety of properties, providing they're within reasonable proximity to campus.Plenty of local references available upon request. GREAT credit.
