Faculty Career Development

The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty & Academic Affairs is committed to developing the professional careers of IU Bloomington faculty—from their first day on campus to retirement (and beyond).  Our goal is to foster a culture of excellence in research/creative activity, teaching and service/engagement. Here, we offer useful resources for faculty members at different stages in their career, both tenure-track and tenured faculty—along with non-tenure track faculty.  The section on Developing Academic Leaders is designed for faculty members who may be interested in learning more about academic administration.
