Advising
Students seeking information about minor and degree requirements or enrollment should contact Administrative Services Coordinator Linda Jean to schedule an appointment with the appropriate advisor. For more information, contact the West European Studies office.
Courses
Graduate courses in WEST are all currently numbered at or above the 500 level. Graduate students may enroll in some courses at the 300 and 400 level; graduate students in those courses usually have additional coursework requirements. If a course is not listed in the Graduate School Bulletin, it may not count for graduate credit.
Graduate courses offered by West European Studies as well as other departments qualify for Master's program requirements. For all WEST courses, including cross-listed, for the Summer 2008 and Fall 2008 semesters please see the Registrar's Schedule of Classes.

Academic Events
WEST holds a number of academic events to help students enhance their academic development. Weekly brown bags provide graduate students the opportunity to engage in discussion with campus and guest speakers on current research. Conversation hours provide students with the chance to practice their language skills at weekly, informal gatherings. Check the WEST Events Calendar for more detailed information.
