Corporate Relations plans as many recruiting opportunities as possible with the aim of exposing members to an array of different businesses and industries. They also notify members of relevant, local professional seminars and meetings and invite professional organizations and chapters to speak to WIB.

The Conference committee plans a day-long conference in the spring from start to finish. They develop a theme, invite speakers, and plan activities that develop professional skills and reveal insight into the business world.

The Alumni Relations committee seeks to maintain and develop relationships with Women in Business alumni and other female Kelley School graduates, as well as organizing a mentor system between alumni and WIB members.

Professional Development hosts regular events to guide members through their job search and business education. Events in the past have included an etiquette dinner, mock interviews, skill-building workshops, and tutorials.
