Willkie is a co-residential, air-conditioned facility for undergraduate and graduate students. Students must be at least 19 years old or have lived in an RPS residence hall for at least two semesters to live at Willkie. Willkie is the only IU Bloomington residence hall that does not have Resident Assistants. Residents and their concerns are represented by Floor Presidents.
This residence center is composed of two 11-story towers; two apartment buildings; and a central services building. Apartments for three to four students are available. Laundry facilities are included in the apartments and a few are modified for disabled students. The two towers provide several types of suites; all suites have full baths and some are modified for disabled students.
