“I had a wonder experience with Women in Technology.  The speaker series was incredibly valuable because it was a forum speaker with women who have been successful in the IT profession.”

“I have spent about a year working with WIT and it is wonderful to see the organization growing so quickly. WIT has been helpful to me in many ways. Personally, there is always a network of enthusiastic and helpful peers in WIT that I can fall back on. This is extremely important, especially in times of high stress, where you need someone trustworthy to seek guidance from or simply a listening ear. The speaker sessions have helped me grow professionally and prepare well in advance for the unique challenges that I may face as a woman as I venture towards the path of career growth. Also, the community events provide an excellent opportunity to serve the society. The event at the Middle Way School, where WIT members tutored kids whose parents were victims of domestic violence that was held last year, was extremely satisfying as it helped us fulfill our responsibilities of giving back to the society, while it also gave us an opportunity to learn from the little kids. Finally and most importantly, WIT is a fun organization, we always have fun at all our events and that undoubtedly is the best thing about WIT.”
