Funding

As with many efforts of the Workshop, this will be a self-organizing conference. We have limited funds that will cover some conference costs and support the travel for some colleagues to the conference who confront circumstances that would not enable them to participate otherwise. Since these funds are very limited, please indicate your needs by email and send to .

Registration Fees

Pre-registration ends April 30, 2009. Pre-registration fees are $75.00 for faculty/professional attendees and $25.00 for students. After April 30, 2009, registration fees will be $100.00 for faculty/professional attendees and $40.00 for students.
 
Refund/Cancellation Policy
 
May 8 is the deadline date for full registration cancellations. Cancellations received after May 8 are subject to a $25.00 service fee (emergencies exempt). If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge (please notify by email and send to . The approved refunds will be processed following the conference in June/July 2009.

Help Support the Conference
 
Donations are needed to help support the upcoming WOW4. We especially need donations that can be used to support the travel of colleagues from overseas. We will, of course, be seeking funding from foundations and other sources, but every little bit will help. If you wish to donate, please send a check (payable to: Indiana University) to:
