Grades

GRADING SCALE -

Grades are assigned based upon the total number of points that you earn for the semester divided by total points possible. Grades are earned by achieving these percentages:
A+ = 98% A = 92% A- = 90%
B+ = 88% B = 82% B- = 80%
C+ = 78% C = 72% C- = 70%
D+ = 68% D = 62% D- = 60%
F = anything under 60%
Therefor:
A+ = 196-200 A = 184-195 A- = 180-183
B+ = 176-179 B = 164-175 B- = 160-163
C+ = 156-159 C = 144-155 C- = 145-143
D+ = 136-139 D = 124-135 D- = 120-123
F = 119 and below
NOTE: This grading scale is hard and fast. Please don't e-mail me at the end of the semester and ask for a few free points or extra credit assignments.
